Connection Dropping All The Time IPV6 Errors

So yeah our connection has been dropping for about 2 solid weeks now all the time throughout the day. It drops pretty consistently. We have had 3 techs out to check the lines and stuff and they report that everything is fine. Also have replaced the modem twice. This is extremely frustrating at this point and I can't get an answer from any support. Anybody else having these issues with this model?
