When I visited the page https://mydeviceinfo.xfinity.com/customerinfo I saw only modems no modem/routers. The support chat told me that Netgear C7800, Netgear C7000, and Arris SBG7580-AC are compatible modem/routers. Can I trust the chat person's information?
