I cannot connect to a xfinity wifi hotspot on any of my devices (computer, phone, and tablet). When I troubleshoot my computer says reset the router and modem which I obviously can't do since its a wifi hotspot. I have talked to CS on the phone and they said there is an issue with my account that can be easily fixed by Tier 2 support which I have yet to get a call from. Can Tier 2 Support please contact me??
