Hello, I’m trying to self install at home but I keep failing. I’m pretty sure it’s because I had ATT and directv recently. Are there any guides to undo the damage ATT did to accomplish the self install? I’m really trying to avoid having to pay the 70 for installing for something AT&T did. Thanks everyone.

Or Try calling 1-855-652-3446. That is their device activation line.
FWIW, if that is what is there, previous Direct TV hardware /splitters / coax can't be used for cable. Plus, the other end of the line needs to be connected to a live Comcast feed. You'll likely need a tech out to figure it all out.
