Already Had 2 tech visits, first visit was point less. 2nd visit the tech replaced the whole wire from the drop but same issue. Chatted with an agent today, pointless. He was gonna cut me off since everything was good on his end, told him the signal he sent didn't do nothing. he also said a tech was gonna call me with in 48 hrs but I didn't believe him. Its been almost 4 months  and 2 modems since dealing with this nonsense. Now that my busy season is over I have time to complain, since they don't mind taking my money. Any how, how can I get my service to be normal again? Forgot to mention I have the 600mb plan and I only get 1/4 of that or less plus the random wifi drops. Thank you, any help is much appreciated
