I was configuring FTP and HTTPS from Work -> Home, and it was blocked.
Now I can't work from home.
I can access from my phone, but it doesn't work from my computer.
I called CSA Department and I still waiting.
I have xFi. They should add an option for whitelisting IPs.
Try disabling the Xfi Advanced Security feature as a workaround for now and see. It's buggy ! And there is currently no way for an end-user to be able to whitelist anything;
