Anyone Suspicious about our Internet Speed?

I find it very strange that Comcast Xfinity tell me that an audit of my account shows I have a HD box and now I have to pay for HD channels, which I never had, BUT an audit does not look at the slow speeds I am getting when I am supossed to have a fast internet connection.

 

The HD issue is for a seperate thread but a slow internet is not something we are supossed to be getting at all and I see I am not the only one.
