Any adv on getting through to a live agent

I am having connectivity issues and after running a ping my company’s IT noticed am getting a lot of request time out. Which might me contributing to my issues. I however can’t get anyone to answer at Comcast.

Very hard to do. It's bot after bot. They promise to connect you to a live human, but with 40 to 60 minutes waiting time, that's a long time to have to hang on the phone... It's a real drag to get to speak with a representative... I have given up this week on several occassions. Was easier to go to the store to there hear that they have no solution for my problem of huge data spikes all of a sudden.
