All Xfinity Voice Calls drop with CM1150V

All Xfinity Voice Calls drop with CM1150V

I just purchased a CM1150V and incoming calls are dropping between 3-5 minutes after picking up.  I have already replaced the modem and the second modem is still doing the same thing.  Netgear support and a Comcast technician were unable to solve the issue.  Any ideas why this is happening?
