I have been trying to activate my modem (sbg8300) for the past week it connects to the interent but xfinity diagnostic says its unresponsive. eveytime i try the xfinity chat it either loops or gives me errors. The one time i got in contact with someone they put me on hold and they hang up. Is there anyway of doing this without talking to a representative?
