Absolutely no internet

I haven't had any internet for the past 3-4 days. I bought a Netgear CM600 and both my downstream and upstream are amber in color on the modem. When I log into the modem, via Ethernet, my starting frequency says 0 and only one channel is locked for both my downstream and upstream. Was working completely fine like 4 days ago and nothing has changed with my setup at home. Please help me fix my internet issue.
