About the constant disconnectivity

Hello, my name is Josh.

I wanted to mention this and actually, I have mentioned to many technician in comcast about this issue. I've saw lots of other archives of other people's issue, and realized that this is not caused because I did not paid for a higher quality internet. In total of 5~6 technician visits, still, this problem has never been solved. Majority (I shall say all) of our devices are all experiencing disconnection problem every about 10 ~ 30 mins and sometime if worse, every minute. For the solution, our family bought an Xfi Pods but that didn't help a bit. So, I want some help about this. Resetting wifi won't work, diagnostics didn't work really well. I've even plugged in the ethernet, but that didnt reall helped either.

I wish I can get some help and get rid of this problem as soon as possible.

We are paying about 150$ a month and nothing has been improved for months.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here;

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
