60Mbps plan, maxing out at ~30Mbps

Hi folks/Comcast

So we're on a 60Mbps plan and just got around to finally replacing our legacy Moto SB5120 (yeah yeah, I know).  After going through the activation process & even waiting a couple days, still seem to be getting stuck with the "default" 30Mbps down policy.  The new modem is an Arris SB6183 (16x4) which should be more than capable of 60Mbps.  I can only assume somehow we're not provisioned correctly/getting the right config files.

Below are the modem stats.  There's a coax splitter at the wall that splits the signal between the modem & TV and it's appropriated rated (Extreme Broadband BDS102H, 5Mhz-1Ghz).  There was previously a second splitter (Ideal digital/cable splitter, 5Mhz - 1Ghz) but I bypassed that since it's not currently needed; no change.  This is at an apartment there there's bound to be other splits/amps before the coax wall plate but I have no control/knowledge of any of those.

Appreciate any assistance.

Re: 60Mbps plan, maxing out at ~30Mbps

The stats were o/k at that snapshot in time

You could try calling 1-800-comcast and ask a rep to completely remove the modem from your account and to "re-provision" it from scratch. Also ask them to confirm that the provisioning and account data in their database is correct and complete and that the correct configuration / bootfile for your subscribed to speed tier is being pushed to the modem.
