5Ghz Band Missing from Network List

About a week ago or so, our dual band router started to only show the 2.4g option in our network list; the 5g option completely disappeared from the list.  We have restarted the router but wondered if there was something I could do to try and retrieve it or if I need to swap out the router.

If you already tried power-cycling / re-starting the device, try hard resetting the device to factory defaults by pressing and holding in the recessed reset button on the rear for 30 seconds. This can sometimes clear up some weird issues. You will lose any customized settings, and they will need to be re-configured from scratch.
