xfi app-devices not connected

xfi app-devices not connected

on the xfi app- there are devices listed as not connected when they are and 1 not listed at all!!! I’ve contacted customer service with not much luck. so frustrating!!!!

I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread from a Comcast Official Employee.
