xFi tells me to upgrade my equipment, but when I click I'm informed I have the latest equipment.

xFi tells me to upgrade my equipment, but when I click I'm informed I have the latest equipment.

I can't use xFi through my browser or iPhone. I'm told I need to upgrade my service/equipment. I click Upgrade Now, at which point I'm informed I have the latest equipment. I am renting an xFinity modem.
