xFi pods stopped working

The three xFi pods I have, have been working for months without issue.  Yesterday I noticed they were offline and have been unable to reconnect them since.  Any help would be appreciated.  @ComcastRachelH I saw that you were able to help some people in another thread, so thought I would tag you.

Same trouble here; all three pods offline. Seems to have started after xfinity rebooted my gateway early morning of 9/24. I had been notified of planned maintenance for that morning. I have both restarted my gateway through the app and with a physical power cycle, but the pods are still down.

Thank you both for reaching out.  I was able to pull up both of your accounts & take a look. 

mhassett -- It llooks like your Pods are currently online.  Are you still experiencing an issue?

tommystouse -- I'm seeing the Pods offline on my end as well.  Can you please unplug each Pod and plug them back into the wall outlets.  A small LED light should come on, indicating that the Pod is receiving power.  Can you please try this & let me know what you experience?
