xFi app won’t work

xFi app won’t work

The xFi app won’t let me log on because it says that I need to upgrade for this experience. But when I click upgrade now, it directs me to a page saying that my modem and router are all up to date and don’t need to be upgraded. I just got this service today and it won’t contnect to my modem even though it is compatible and was activated today in an xfinity store.

xFi requires a compatible Gateway.
