I can not access the xFi or Xfinity My Account app. Once I sign in, it redirects me to a page and says "Upgrade for This Experience, To access xFi, you'll need to upgrade your service/equipment. Learn more about eligibility requirements."
It's worth noting, that we moved recently, and I can see our old address also listed. I followed some threads and deleted the apps on my phone and re-downloaded them. Nothing works!
Hi, I am sorry to hear that your xFi app is not working. I assume we need to move your Comcast UID and email over to your new account.
