I received a set of 6 xFi pods from a 3rd-party (who has disconnected them for their account). Yesterday, support was able to get the 1st of the pods associated to my account, so that I can activate it. However, today, no one at support has been able to associate the serial numbers to my account. When I try and activate any of the remaining 5, I get the dreaded "I'm sorry, please contact xfinity with the serial number of the the pod"
