I got this message and realized I did not have the router needed so I upgraded. When I got the new router, I used the app to set-up one it got to last step it timed out. The new router though is set up and shows connected in My Account and I am able to use the internet. However when I try to use XFi it comes back with Upgrade Equipment. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, I have re-booted the router and used the Chat with a Comcast employee and nothing.
