Does thd FAQ have anything?
In the past 1/2 week, we've had our front end website, www.geartrade.com, blocked with Advanced Security being enabled as spam/phishing. Can someone help with this?
This is a well-known issue. The Xfi security feature is buggy. You can disable it for yourself, and have all of your customers that are using an Xfinity gateway device disable it, but for a universal fix, you'll need to get a Comcast employee to whitelist the site for all of your users.
