xFi Advanced Security is blocking my company's website

In the past 1/2 week, we've had our front end website, www.geartrade.com,  blocked with Advanced Security being enabled as spam/phishing.  Can someone help with this?

This is a well-known issue. The Xfi security feature is buggy.  You can disable it for yourself, and have all of your customers that are using an Xfinity gateway device disable it, but for a universal fix, you'll need to get a Comcast employee to whitelist the site for all of your users.

I see that the site is now loading fine, 

did you find a solution for this, or how was it fixed?

 

I'm running into the same issue and find no answers online just suggestions to disable the Advanced Security.
