Im a developer that has one our products that is being blocked by xFi Advanced Security features, my question is how can I get it whitlisted or not blocked in order to help deliver a service to xfinity customers with this feature?
Our services are hosted on heroku (aws infrastructure).
I dont have this feature but I do have an xfinity account. Please let me know the steps needed to get this request fulfilled.
Would you happen to have the full url that customers use to access heroku?
Also In order to investigate, we'd need to get the CM MAC for the gateway that was blocked from accessing heroku. I understand that you're posting this on behalf of other customers and that you might not be able to get/give that information.

I just got xfi advantage yesterday and 4 threats have been blocked. It says the threats were on my Western Digital MyCloud Home storage device that is connected via ethernet to my new router - the v6. They are all from different IP addresses, but searching them shows they all state they are from Amazon - though 2 of them are from Ireland and 2 from Oregon. I don't know if this is the MyCloud trying to connect or if they are legitimate threats. I have restarted the MyCloud and it has been updated. How do I know if these are legitamate threats? If they are not, is there a better way to hook up this drive for backup? Thank you!
