Hi, mkostersitz - The issue you have is definitely odd. Could you please send me a private message and provide your full name? I will need to check your gateway settings. Click on my name ComcastElla, then click Send a message.
There should be a "Send A Message" on the right.

yes it was solved by
1) throwing out the NEST camera and replacing it with he Xfinity outdoor camera (required a tech to come out to install as it is not easily installed if you have the old home controller)
2) disconnecting one of the 3 pods and reduce the interference they can create if they are too close together.
