Landynm - Thanks for reaching out.  I've pulled up your account and don't see the Pods on my end.  Can you please provide a little more detail about the issue you're experiencing?  Are you trying to activate the Pods for the first time?  Are you receiving an error message?

Landynm - Checked in on your account again & I'm seeing the Pods online.  I'm going to remove the SNs of your Pods from your original post to protect your privacy.  Please create a new thread if you need any additional assistance.
