communication error has occurred

i have a xfinity WiFi prepaid monthly pass and I keep getting this error when trying to log into the Xfinity website.

A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later.


already cleared cache and cookies didnt help

Correct, the My Account webpage or app is strictly for residental customers who have an account number whereas Xfinity Wifi On Demand has their own account housing.
