can't get my Xfinity public hotspot to activate

Eventhough I have "enabled" the Xfinity public hotspot, it doesn't appear.

What does the website say about it being active?

Thanks for responding and I followed your link. It shows that my xfinitywifi is “enabled”, but it isn’t there.

Try toggling it off and on.

Thanks again for your suggestion (disable/enable). Actually I have already tried this and it didn’t work.
