Xpod not connecting

Xpod not connecting I call Comcast they told me to contact the last owner I did and he said it’s all good on he’s ends but still the pod gives me the error

Goku626 -- Thanks for reaching out.  Could you confirm the error message you are seeing?  Can you also send me a Private Message & provide the Serial Numbers of the Pods?
