It’s been two weeks since I ordered the pods. I regret not grabbing a screen shot of my order confirmation. I did not receive an email confirmation or follow up tracking info. Do I need to reorder the pods? How can I get a status update?
Did you try calling 1800comcast? Have you checked My Account for the order? (I can't order the pods)
