I upgraded and installed the new modem, excited for the Xfi features, but it is stuck on loading my devices for the first time. I've tried both phone app and website, and restarting the gateway. Nothing happens.
Are you using the correct Account userid and password for this URL?
Did you get an XB6 Gateway?
Yes I'm using the correct account ID & Password. I can manage my network wifi name and password, restart the gateway, etc. It just will not load my devices. And yes I believe it is XB6.
I talked to a tech guy who said he personally has had 5 other customers with this same problem call in today and that it's what he called an "outage". (I clarified that the term meant they'd found a bug.) They're working on it and will contact me with progress and when it is fixed. In the meantime he gave me some credit on my bill for the inconvenience. Here's hoping it gets fixed soon for all of us!
Hi all, thank you for reaching out. It looks like there was an issue over the weekend with loading the Device tab after a Gateway swap.
From my end it looks like the devices are loading. Can you all please check xFi when you have the chance and let me know if you are still seeing the message "We're loading your devices for the first time"?
