I have been unable to sign in to Xfinity WiFi hHtspots app since establishing service on 11/21/2018. The error message is always the same: "Authorization Failed" "We're sorry, XFINITY WiFi is not available with your tier of service. (Error Code:0106)". This smells like some sort of back-end/provisioning probelm.
I have tried chatting with Tech Support several times, but have not gotten anywhere. Would greatly appreciate some advice from someone who has been down this road before and solved the problem.
