Xfi wifi app

The graphs in my app won't update. All users show 0% and there are no bars. I can still see total data usage under the advanced settings. Any ideas?

Hi Cathralynn, thank you for reaching out and welcome to our Community Forums.  I would like to help look into your Xfi issue further for you.  Do you have devices assigned to the profiles on your Xfi App?

Yes. And it seems to be working now. I dunno.what changed. As of yesterday.

My current usage shows zero%
Nothing for last 24 hours. But have multiple active devices connected. Need to see current usage
