The new gigabit modems are terrible. Port forwarding used to work before I upgraded and now it does not. I have exchanged my xfinity router for a new one and it has the same problems. The web UI for portforwarding doesn't do anything and it certainly doesn't work. It says it saves but the port isn't open. Bridge mode doesn't work so I can't even use my own router. Ship all these modems into the garbage.
