I bought 3 xfi pods on 12/31/2018 and they connected and worked great for almost exactly 3 months. They lost connection 2 days ago and in was told by the 800 number to take them back to the Xfinity store that I bought them from. I had them swapped out and the set I just picked up will not connect either. I have reset my gateway several times, uninstalled the xfi app twice, and unplugged both sets a couple of times. Nothing. They won't connect. Solutions?
