Xfi not discovering devices

Xfi not discovering devices

Recently installed a new xb6 gateway. Xfi app now showing no devices, and message stating that it is discovering devices for the first time. Provisioned again, account refreshed, and reset several times including uninstalling and installing xfi app. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi, garrettray6102 - I removed your old modem information from one of the backend system. Could you please try again? If you still get an error message, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message?

Tried again, still not detecting devices. Here is an attached screenshot. I can let this load for 10 minutes, and it will go no where. I will continue to try to see if what you did resolved the issue. (This isn’t that big of a deal, but it appears it may be a glitch of some sort, that happens when some modems are swapped?) thanks for the reply and help!
