Xfi no longer working.

Swapped out to new advanced gateway XB6. Plugged it in and xfi app automatically set everything up, including using old password and user name. It finished up and then directed me to xfi app, which is when it then immediately stop working. Saying let’s try that again. Over and over.
Internet works great, output signal is great works in all areas of the house, happy with that. However the xFi app no longer works from any device or from the X1 TV box. When you either say into the remote who’s online or go through to the app itself it says that they are having trouble gathering your network info and to either try again later call call technical support. Call technical support told me everything was OK on their end and to wait and see if it rectifies itself. Which it hasn’t, it’s been 2 days now.
Please help!!
