Every time I try to log in to my xfi mobile app it says... WE ARE HAVING A HARD TIME ACCESSING UR ACCOUNT. PLEASE TRY A GAIN... So I try again and get the same message

How far away are you from your xFi Gateway?  You need to be in the same area.
