unable to get The xfi app to open up on my Galaxy 8 . continues to go to my account saying I need to upgrade equipment. then it tells me I have the latest equipment. I have the gig router and 6 pods. that cost me $200.00 and does not allow me to access the app. had a service tech come on the 7th of july, unable to fix issues. thought it might be my old modem on the back servers hasn't changed since removal ? ticket started for the engineers to fix haven't heard anything as of yet. unable to download from web page on pc either doesn't recognize phone connected to comp. windows 10 64 gaming computer
