I have one of the device its not showing on the app (XFI) under the device (Its not showing since 2 days i might select option to forget device ). Eventhough its connected to Ethernet cabel. My question is how do I get to see that device back on the app? Please help me. Sometime I pause that device becz kids are watching inappropriate show on tv.., Device name is (SHAVA)
I can look into this for you. If it's possible, can you please send me a PM and provide the MAC address for the device that is missing in xFi?
Ak15, thank you - this is exactly what I needed. I see it listed as an ethernet connected device on your network, however you mentioned it is not showing in xFi.
Can you pleae try disconnecting the device from your network and then reconnecting it (unplugging and then replugging the ethernet cord)?
Once you have done this, please log into xFi and refresh the webpage/app to see if it is now showing in the devices list.
If not, please let me know.
I did that alot of times but still did not show on the app? I really need this to work out. Pleasee fox that issue ASAP, sometime I pause that device because kids are watching in appropriate show...
I apologize for the delay. I have been working directly with the engineering team invesitgating this and we are working towards getting it corrected. The anticipated fix for this is between 24-48 hours.
