Xfi App Doesn't Work

Xfi App Doesn't Work

My XFinity Xfi app isn't working. Every time I try to use the app, I get an error message that says "Let's Try That Again. we had some trouble accessing your account. Please try again."

Does anyone know what is causing this? I have this issue on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S9) and on my laptop when I try to log into xfinity.com/xfi

 

My account is new. I just started using Xfinity when I moved into my new apartment less than a week ago. I have XFinity internet and tv.

 

I am also having an issue trying to sign up for XFinity mobile. The website simply will not allow me to add a phone to my cart, but that's a different issue for a different day, I guess.

call 800-comcast and select billing. ask the agent to see if there is an issue with your account.
