Xfi Advance Security blocking my support domain and causing issues with app.
I run a site with over 4 million members and Xfinity is becoming extremely troublesome for our users(including myself). The advance security is blocking our support site which is managed by help scout and blocking in-app downloads. The downloads are using standard port 443 handshakes so it shouldn't be an issue. Both work fine if the advance security is disabled but as soon as it is reenabled neither work. The primary domain and forums work fine with Advance security enabled. Is there any way I can have these reviewed and removed from the blocklist?
