XFi login issue

I just started renting the modem/router and was told to use the XFi app but whenever I try to sign in, it keeps telling me I need to upgrade equipment. What do I do?

What model gateway do you have?

Hi @Lechara, I have responded to your Private Message, but I was able to verify that things look good on your account. Please try accessing xFi again and let me know if you continue to see the Upgrade for this Experience screen.
