XFi devices and groups keep disappearing

XFi devices and groups keep disappearing

I keep setting up people and groups and naming the devices.  It works for a while, but every couple of days, all the names and people go away and it's back to the default device names.  It's frustrating.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this. Can you please send me a Private Message confirming your service address?

In addition, please provide any details you can on which profiles you have noticed this happening to in xFi and the approximate date of the last time you observed this happening.
