XFi App not opening

It won't let me sign in at all. Password and user name are correct i have zero with any other of your apps just XFI

I had that issue today.  I made sure I was logged off after two hours and was able to then log in.


I am not a Comcast employee; I am just a customer, volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.

Hi @Bruce72. Please try to uninstall the app and re-install to see if this fixes the issue. Let me know how this goes.
