XFI showing devices online but that nothing is using data and the network usage graph shows zero data is being used. Logged out of the app and back in again, same problem. Used the app to reset the gateway, same problem. Unplugged the router (which I got from Comcast two weeks ago to try to track down their claim of excessive data use) same problem. So basically I’ve been charged $14 per month for a new router so I can track data and it stopped working within two weeks. Three calls to Comcast “security assurance” who always tell you the same thing “we have to escalate it and call you back”. They NEVER call back.
