I will thank all, that gave me suggestions with my wireless issues. After my 6th and 7th visit. The techs feel it can be a break somewhere in the line. Somewhere on my block. It has its days were I get package loss 3x times while streaming a movie. It can be one device or more and on either channel. I have my Xboxes on 5 fix and cell and laptops printers on the 2.4 gah. This does help until package loss.
