WiFi was in and out all day yesterday

I’m connected to my WiFi on my cell and it was in and out all day yesterday from 9am through to 3pm’ish. I have a new Comcast router...what could be the issue? This also affected my sonos speaker playing music off my cell but was ok for streaming music for the most part. I’d like to get this sorted out...but how?
