Here is what happened. I got on chat here on the site, the agent person told me to hard reset my modem here. Which means there is a reset button in the back of your modem that you use a pen or whatever to hold the button in for 50 seconds. The problem with this is that there was an update to the modems, that when you push that button you have to rename your gateways. I had to call comcast and go threw all this stuff with the first person. They have to go threw all these step before they send you to the wifi experts. When you get sent to the next person they will rename your gateways and new password and then the pause problem is fixed. However you have to use a phone because it apprears that your wifi is working but there is not internet access until the gateways are renamed and password changed. Hope this helps you all. Took about 30-45 mins on the phone but it was fixed.
