Unable to login to gateway settings

I've been trying to access my UPnP settings but whenever I go to the IP to sign into my settings, it tells me that I am imputing the wrong user name even though I am not. I've done a hard reset of my gateway and restarted it through the xFi app.

My XB6 gateway's admin tool uses 10.0.0.1 and password for the password.
