I'm having the same problem. Can't order the 3 pack online and Comcast can't give me any availability info. Can you help?
Update: I made the trek to the Xfinity Store that your 1-800 number told me didn't sell pods, but in fact they did. Since you guys won't provide phone numbers to the store, folks are just going to have to visit whatever store they can get to and personally check the inventory.
